How It Works

A step-by-step guide to using CellSeekr.

CellSeekr is a powerful discovery platform which enables the quantitation of gene identities on immune cells in cancers and specific patient groups. CellSeekr uses available scRNAseq data to analyze immune cell abundance, cell-to-gene and cell-to-cell correlations, gene signatures and expression levels across multiple tumors and immune cell types, as well as treatment responses. It provides patient-level resolution of custom immune identities in various disease settings.

Immune Analysis

Pre-defined or custom immune cell types; gene correlation analysis

Therapy response mapping

Pairwise comparison across disease conditions and therapy response groups

Per-patient immune genotype

Patient-level immune quantitation; gene discovery

CellSeekr offers two workstreams: discovery and targeted analysis.

Discovery

The discovery workstream enables exploratory analysis of gene expression data, offering top 50 differentially expressed gene investigation, proximity mapping, UMAP visualization, and comparative analysis of gene expression across specific cell types.

Targeted

The targeted workstream enables hypothesis-driven analysis of gene expression in custom-selected immune cell populations, supporting granular interrogation of immune cell transcriptional profiles and their pairwise comparison across patient groups.

Exploratory investigation of gene expression on immune cells in various cancers based on scRNAseq data.

Hypothesis-driven analysis of gene expression on custom immune cell types and defined subsets in various cancers.
